Infrared Sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the air surrounding you, infrared technology heats your body directly. Not only is this more energy efficient, it may also help you breathe easier as the air is dry. This in turn means you can experience a longer and arguably more comfortable session.

The supposed benefits of using an infrared sauna are similar to those of a traditional sauna. These include:
-
better sleep
-
relaxation
-
detoxification
-
weight loss
-
relief from sore muscles
-
relief from joint pain such as arthritis
-
clear and tighter skin
-
improved circulation
-
relief from chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms
.
Some research has also shown that using an infrared sauna may be beneficial for cardiovascular health and muscle recovery after a workout.

Float Tank
Floating involves resting (FLOATING!) on your back in a pitch-black tank filled with salty, skin-temperature water (34 – 35 degrees Celsius), wearing earplugs and nothing else, or swimmers if you prefer. There is no light, no smell, no touch and no sound besides soft music at the beginning and the end of the float. The water is saturated with 350 kilograms of Epsom salt, making it so dense and buoyant, that you will float no matter what you weigh.

Inside the tank, you will float effortlessly on the water surface with your ears submerged below the water. All parts of your body will feel supported however, there are foam halos and noodles should you need support under your neck. Once you’re comfortable in the tank, you can let go of any tension in your body and experience zero gravity – floating weightless and free.
What are the benefits of floating?

-
Green (520nm) — Anti-inflammatory action to reduce swelling and strengthen capillaries. It also aids detoxification.

SOUND BATH
Sound and frequency have been used throughout many cultures around the world since ancient times as a way of healing the body, mind and spirit from dis-ease.
Studies have shown that sound, vibration and frequency help to reduce stress levels and the body's production of cortisol, helping our cells to return to a state of equilibrium and balance. In this state our body moves from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) this allows us to slow down so our body can begin to repair itself.
On a mental level, Sound healing can be used to connect our conscious mind to our subconscious allowing us to process complex emotions and past traumas. When our body and mind align in a state of rest we feel safe to process and let go of feelings like anxiety, stress, worry about the future and dwelling on the past.
On a spiritual level, sound can help us access our higher self and expand our insights and intuition. Sound can take us to vivid dream states to tap into the greater energy of our universe, connecting us with our higher purpose.
Sound healing has also been shown to help with depression, sleep problems, physical pain and grief.
