For that reason we curate specific programs and tools tailored to the often unique needs of cohorts across all sectors of industry and the community.

The Paper Kite's navigating human program is designed to meet you where you are, guided by mentors who have themselves “been there” and successfully navigated life’s challenges. Our mentors draw on real-world experience, offering understanding and insight that goes beyond theory—they know firsthand what it takes to move through adversity.

 

Central to our program is the PK360 toolset, a practical framework that helps clients explore and balance all areas of wellbeing. This is supported by considering and applying a range of evidence-informed practices and disciplines such as breath work, meditation, and cold exposure, all of which are applied in ways that are accessible, safe, considered and grounded in lived experience.

Our approach is client-led: we listen deeply, ask the right questions, and guide rather than instruct, because we know that the answers already exist within each individual. By combining this reflective guidance with actionable tools and practices, the program helps build both stamina for navigating everyday life and resilience to recover from trauma.

 

It’s a holistic journey, empowering clients to cultivate self-awareness, emotional strength, and practical habits that support long-term wellbeing, so they can move forward with confidence, clarity, purpose, and ultimately maximise life.

Every participant and their family has the ability to improve their understanding of mental fitness and to master a range of tools and techniques via an accredited, structured learning experience taking them from foundation to practitioner levels. Courses are tailored for both teenagers and adults.

A critically important aspect of resilience and mental fitness is our human need for social connection.  While social media can often be used in a negative way, used appropriately it can provide linkage, connection and belonging for a range of organisations, groups and individuals.

For that reason, we have partnered with Social Protect whose platform instantly removes abusive comments from social media to protect your people. The platform also provides access to on-demand education on online safety and privacy training.
