CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

At Paper Kite Wellness Collective we strive to offer the highest quality services and value for our client.

 

We understand that life can throw curve balls at us at without warning and so we will always be as flexible as possible in meeting your needs when it comes to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment.

 

Appointment changes can be made right up to 15 min before the scheduled time and any prepayment will be retained for you as a studio credit if an alternative booking cannot be made at the time.

In cases where a appointments are missed without prior notice unfortunately any prepayments will be forfeited.
