How do I prepare for my Tai Chi appointment​?

Tai Chi is a wonderful series of flowing movements that can be tailored for all age groups and experience levels. It is calm, peaceful and energising. There is no specific preparation required. Simply wear loose comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch and move easily.

How long does the session take?​​

The session takes around 45min from start to finish.
